How does billing work?
Pay monthly via card or invoice. The calculator total is what you'll be billed for that month — modules and devices can be added/removed in your account at any time.
Are there any annual contracts?
No. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel any time and your data is preserved for 30 days in case you come back.
What's included in every plan?
The full ERPNext suite: accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, projects, support tickets. Plans differ by user count and storage. Modules (CRM, HR, Manufacturing, Healthcare), POS, and SalesMan are optional add-ons.
Who owns my data?
You do. Export your full database any time via the admin panel. We never sell or share customer data.
Do you offer enterprise / volume discounts?
Yes. For large deployments (50+ users or 20+ devices), contact us via the Request-a-Quote form and we'll customize a plan.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing later?
Annual billing isn't offered in this catalog yet — we focused on simple month-to-month transparency. If you need it, mention it in the quote form.
