Service Description
PositiveERP provides managed PositiveERP hosting services, including instance provisioning, maintenance, backups, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information up to date.
Payment and Renewals
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems.
Availability and Changes
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice when possible.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
